The City of Milwaukie offers multiple ways to pay utility accounts. Beginning January 31, 2026, a 3% processing fee will apply to all credit and debit card payments made through the Municipal Online Payment Website.
To avoid the card processing fee, please visit milwaukieoregon.gov/departments/utility_billing and select “Ways to Pay” to review alternative payment options.
